REPI, an Italian company that produces liquid dyes for coloring thermoplastic and polyurethane materials, chose D.H. Griffin Construction to build its U.S. headquarters and manufacturing facility. The resulting project was a 44,000-square-foot building on an (8) acre site. The majority of the structure was built with precast tilt-up concrete wall panels and double tee roof deck panels. It contains approximately 10,000-square-feet of two-story office and laboratory space with the remaining 34,000-square-feet dedicated to manufacturing. The office and lab portion is clad with a glass curtain wall that is 240 feet long over 30 feet high.
