CBL-LP Office Building, LLC
This was a five-week, fast-track project where D.H. Griffin Construction built a 2,500-sq.-ft. office space for U.S. Senator Kay Hagan. DHGC worked in confidence with the U.S. Senate Department of Security to coordinate the hardware and logistics to prepare the space for their own contractors who later installed specialized hardware and security devices such as card readers, security cameras and magnetic locks. To build Senator Hagan’s new office space, DHGC partitioned off the space from an existing vacant suite in the occupied Class A office building, then reconfigured the interior. The project included extensive electrical work and relocation of plumbing.
